Our Story

Our Community

At Food Processors, our dedication to delivering the best is evident in the steady transformation of our products and processes—driven by a focus on enhancing farm productivity and ensuring food and nutritional security for our customers.

Our workforce is a direct reflection of our core values, with 56.7% of employees being women, including both factory workers and members of management, underscoring our commitment to gender inclusion and leadership diversity.

We support our team through an employee transport-sharing program, where we subsidize commuting costs to ensure travel is more accessible and affordable.

By partnering with local farmers and uplifting small businesses, we continue to invest meaningfully in the communities that sustain and nourish us.

Our Farmers

Our pursuit of excellence is deeply rooted in the resilient relationships we've built with our community—including approximately 150 to 200 farmers and suppliers across Fiji.

Through direct and indirect engagement, we work collaboratively to drive value by supporting product development initiatives and organizing awareness programmes aimed at enhancing farm productivity.

A core part of our commitment is empowering women, exemplified by our work with 120 women from the villages of Navunimono, Naivurevure, Matacula, and Veinuqa.

By sourcing Agri-produce from regions stretching from Savusavu to Bua and partnering with small businesses and indigenous groups, we foster inclusive growth.

These efforts have led to a rise in earnings for participating suppliers, contributing meaningfully to the sustainability of rural economies.
