Food Processors range of products include tomato sauce, chilli sauce and coconut cream, the local agro-based products include canned palusami (ready to eat dish made from taro leaves and coconut cream) and frozen dalo (Colocasia Esculenta), cassava (Manihot Esculenta), Duruka (grain sorghum – Saccharum Edule), breadfruit (Artocarpus altilis), Tahitian chestnuts or Ivi and marine produce comprising of reef fish.

Food Processors core function is to process, pack and supply agriculture and marine based commodities.
While we specialize in high value agro-based commodities for niche markets we also do value adding to local fruits, vegetables, root crops and seafood. This includes processing and vacuum-packing green leafy vegetables and fruits to sustain freshness and color, so they are available in their natural state with no added chemicals or ingredients.

Our Processes

Depending on the produce, various steps are carried out from the time it reaches the Food Processors factory until it is loaded to be exported or delivered.
